PIN Question

So I've been reading a lot of info on discounts and PIN codes, and have a quick question.

If I have a PIN code discount attached to my name in the Disney system (and did not receive a card or e-mail) can a travel agent, such as Small World Vacations, access that discount? or can I only use it if I call Disney directly?

If you call and find out you have a PIN, let your TA know, and then they can call and book the trip with the PIN. See if the CM when you call can give you the number (a 16 digit number) and then call your TA with that. They also want the name & address for the person who has the PIN.

I've called before for a client to see if they had a PIN... they were looking to book, and a PIN was going to help them make the trip happen.
