I have a question about this pin... Pin Pics has it as a public pin and in Tomarts new pin guide he has it as a security (manager) pin... What is the truth...

Well I know that Tomart's does go to all the conventions and is a huge collector of Disneyana Convention pins as well. So with Kathie's answer (she goes to all the conventions as well) I figured they should know...
