Yes, you can. I got an awesome limited edition pin that was from DW from a cast member at DL.

Yes! You can, in fact I got a Figaro from WDW from a CM at DL! I love my Figaro! Wish I had the matching Cheshire Cat and Marie, Si I would take but I really want the other 3. lol

Hubby's not allowed to trade it, but he's been asked repeatedly to trade a pin from Hong Kong Disneyland (I got it for him from ebay) (ying yang mickey head, coolest pin ever). So I'm sure WDW pins can be traded.

Any Disney pins can be traded at any Disney parks. I got a few WDW and DL pins from CM's a few weeks ago when I was at Disneyland Paris.
