Pin number for DVC site

We purchased on November 17th and received our temporary id at that time. We have not received a pin number or our permanent cards in the mail yet. I would like to use the members website but cannot without my pin. How long does it usually take? I am in Canada so I know it will take longer...just wondering TIA

Call MS Administration. They can give you your PIN over the phone. You will need your Club ID (not the same thing as your Member ID) and PIN to log in the first time. If you don't have your Club ID, Member Admin can give you that info as well.
