I just wanted to share my first story on the dis boards. My family of five have been to wdw 4 times. We have always traveled in Oct during value season and free dining. We are taking a surprise trip in June to celebrate our ten year anniverasy. I called and spoke to three people on diffferent days and booked with the CBR at a 30% discount. My fourth time calling yesterday, I asked if I had a pin number and the very generous person said without hesitation yes I do. We recieved free dining and upgraded the plan. We saved over 300.00. I apologize for this long winded message, but we have manged to travel to WDW 4 times since 2005 speding 1800 - 2200 on hotel food and tickets. This is a great savings if you have 3 children.
