I buy a lot of 100 for 60$ on ebay. Last time I was given 3 or 4 scrappers, but I e-mailed the seller and they sent me replacements.

Also buy mine off of ebay..actually going to buy another lot next week...already picked it out.

I have bought from several different vendors over the years. Only had one turn out not so great, and like a previous poster, when I contacted them, they refunded my money and the cost to send them back their pins...
