pin codes that are not in the mail

I was reading the sticky thread and it said that disney doesn't look up codes anymore which I totally get but I have asked and they have given me one or said I have one and I never got in the mail!So my question is do they give you but never give you notice of it?confused

It's possible that your mail may have been misdirected, or your email went into your spam folder

And it's possible they were discounting on phone calls to fill some rooms, too... I got a 40% off on a short-notice, two night quick trip to YC just by calling and asking, "Are there any discounts available?" No pin code that I know of, and this was during the summer season...!
