Pin Code vs. General Code

I just applied a pin code and saved $$$.

So lets say a general code comes out and it's a better deal for me, can I drop my personal pin code and get the general?

I know you can't use both.

Yes, as long as the room is available in that code for your time period and you otherwise qualify for the new promo.
