pin code question

well I recieved a 40% pin yesterday....was all excited for about 5 minutes till I saw the blackout dates...10/31 thru 11/13

does anyone know what is going on at parks week after Halloween.... I thought we would arrive 10/31 and stay for the week... thought it would be nice and quiet.... may have to re figure trip dates

I think it is the first week of November that is known as "Jersey Week". Many schools close down for a whole week, so families take advantage of the break.
