Pin code question

I recently received the 40% PIN code by email. I have a couple of questions. I believe that I can book 2 rooms? Now if I book 1 room for our family of 4 and another room for my sister and her family, can they get their own Key to the World on their own credit card or would everything be in my name??

Last March I booked a room for my mom. I had heard on these boards that she could get a key with her own credit card. The CMs would not let me do this. She ended up just using her own credit card for most purchases. I will tell you that she had a number (4) that showed up on our bill, so we knew what things were hers.

I find it really weird that they wouldn't let you...I booked 2 reservations on a 40% pin code for my trip two weeks ago at the Beach Club, and once the reservations were booked we were two completely separate travel parties - they had their own reservation numbers, their own credit card on the room, their own KTTW card, etc.
The only thing that was important was we all needed to be on either a room only or a package, it couldn't be one or the other, and we had to be at the same hotel during the same time. My friends briefly considered switching to Poly from BC and they couldn't if they wanted my discount.
