Pin Code Problem...

I received a pin code in the mail for up to 35% off on resorts for the time when we are planning on going, which is early Sept..I called myself and got the quote which gave us 35% off of AKL (our first choice!). The price is fantastic! Well that was 2 weeks ago. In the meantime, a friend who is a Disney TA contacted me and I would like to give her our business to help her out. She called and they told her that they could only give us 25% off at AKL....My question is, what has changed in two weeks??? Sept is still 7 months away, it's not like this is last minute...Any ideas of what I should do? Better yet, do you think there's anything at all that I can do?? Thanks!

For that pin Standard View is 35% whereas Savanah View is 25%. Most likely she is quoting you for a Savanah view. I would have her call back and ask for the Standard view.
