For those of you who have called Disney Reservations to inquire about pin codes being linked to your names, how do you go about doing it? I just called and was informed by the reservationist that they couldn't look up to see if I had one. He said the only way was if I received an email. I would like to see if I have one, so any tips would be appreciated!

Really? They can look it up. I have asked them and they said no every time, but there are people here who have asked and it came up. What number did you call?

I called the main reservation number. I have a reservation for this summer, but I selected the "make new reservation" option to get a CM. Should I have gone through the menu to "modify my existing reservation"?

I'm confused. I've never called to ask before, but from what I have heard from others, I didn't anticipate it being any issue.

I would do the modify your existing reservation. That's what I go through to do anything with my reservation and that's what I did to ask about a PIN. Let us know how it works out!

Thanks for the advice. I did call back with my res information, but unfortunately no luck. Oh well! Guess I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed!

You are very welcome! Were they not able to tell you or did you not have a PIN? I will keep my fingers and toes crossed for you! :)

I have never called and had them look up for me.. But, I just received my e-mail yesterday.. it doesn't help me out though as I already am staying at 40% deluxe and the "free dining" would add $700 to my package.. Good luck thoough I will keep my fingers and toes crossed for you..

I called and found out there was a PIN associated with my acct. BUT....I was asking a lot of basic ?'s and got a super helpful CM. I said something like "a friend of mine went last year and got some kind of code or # to get a discount, how do I find out about that?" the CM told me "Yes, that would be a PIN #...let me look on your acct and see if there is any on your acct." And there was but I had received no email.

The CM didn't tell me what it was but it took about $500 off my ressie. I asked if that was a one time thing (knowing it wasn't) and he said "Nope, if a better one comes along you are welcome to use it instead".

Good luck! I am definitely hoping for better. :)
