OK, when we went to WDW in September, we had two adjoining rooms. I paid for one and my aunt paid for the other. I booked the rooms together over the phone. I gave my card # for mine room and my aunt's for her room. Both were booked under the email address that I already had in my name on the Disney website.

Now, I have gotten THREE Pin codes in the past few months--but every single one of them is addressed to my aunt, not to me. For some reason, her name is overriding mine even though it is my email account with Disney. I have clicked on the offers and when I get to the page where you have to put in a last name and zip code, only her info works.

It's not a big deal now because none of them were offers I needed/wanted. But if we got an offer we really wanted to use, I'd be so bummed. My aunt is NOT planning to come on our next trip with us, otherwise this wouldn't be an issue.

Is there anything I can do? Or is my best bet making a new email address and hoping that the new one is as lucky at getting codes as my current one?

There is a link on Disney's website to contact Disney Destinations. Send them an email explaining the problem. They should be able to correct it for you. But the truth is that she probably fits the demographics that they are targeting for those offers. I often get emails and postcards for a girl that my daughter took her senior trip with. But I get PIN codes directed at my family, too. (I also get PINs and offers for a family I don't even know. But that's an entirely different story.)

That's interesting... I wonder what demographic she fits. She and my mom shared a room. They are 50 and 51 years old and travel without children. Kinda funny that she gets more offers than I do. Oh well, I'll try to figure it out. Thanks!!!

This just happened to me yesterday! A post code came in the mail with my address but addressed to my best friend. Free dining. I've been waiting for one.

I called but can't use it. Sob.
