It all started with an email for 20% off moderate rooms for certain days Jan-April. My husband then called disney and asked if we had any pins under our name they said yes. It was good for stay/play/dine but was the same code as the one in my email. So the girl quotes us 5400.00 for 5 ppl at Port Orleans with dining during spring break. He hangs up calls to let me know makes sure its good with the other 2 families. He calls back the girl did not save the pin when she put it on hold...Oh know now the new girl can't find a pin. She talks to guest relations they approve the stay/play/dine same dates the new price is 4922.00..So he books 3 rooms and put deposits down, this was about 2 days ago. He calls back today to add my mother to 1 of the rooms the lady says it will be an extra 15 a night for adult and 299 for her tickets b/c your pin is for free dining...What????
That is not what we got on the rooms. I was like you better call back because if we have a free dining pin that drops our total to 4133.84...I think maybe too many codes went out and the cm's are confused. Crossing my fingers that he calls back and says YES we got free dining for April 12 2014- April 21 2014
