I received a code in an email a while back.... and deleted it because at the time I didn't think I'd be planning another trip this year. Plans have changed and I am most likely planning a trip 10/12-17. I can't remember what the dates for my code were. Is there any way I can call and have them look it up?

Yes, and if they say they cant look them up hang up and call back and talk to someone else

I also had the pin and your dates are not included. I remember the dates for Oct starting on the 25th. We are going Oct. 17-24 and our dates were not included. I look for the email and post back.

We too received the 40% off pin code after booking 10/17-10/24 through a TA. I noticed that the pin was good for 10/25-10/31 so I called my TA to see if the pin could be applied to our 10/17-10/24 reservation and was told sorry but no. I would have changed the booking to 10/25 but I had already booked the flights with Air Tran out of Philly at a great rate of $118/pp round trip.

I got this post-card too. But, we are going in early November, so not when the dates apply. My thinking with this postcard was, they were trying to get those to book early, since the email came out in January or so. I am willing to bet though, they will have room only discounts in November. So don't lose hope!!! They just wanted to ensure people would book early. Watch on mousesavers...something will come up!
