Pin Code after Booking is it possible?

hi everyone... i received a pin code i think in may? for the fall...so we had it booked...but do to some other things we had to cancel. i have been waiting all summer for a new code....but so far no luck
so i went ahead and booked for late february. is it possible to receive a code after u have already booked? or is disney thinking well they booked.... so whats the point in giving them a discount
or do u think any kind of discount will be available for that time....if not i may owe my hubby BIG -- i promised something would be coming off the cost!

Yep, it's happened to me a couple times, including this trip. I don't think the pin codes are linked in any way to current reservations, so you can get one whether you have a reservation or not! Good luck to you! BTW, my pin that I got covers Feb. 2014, so I suspect even if you don't get one, there will be a general public discount of some sort.

It happened to us once. We had booked for May a few years ago then got a pin code in the mail for free dining which worked for the dates we were going! Have not gotten a pin code since despite many trips since then.

Yup, it's happened to us 3 times that I remember... You're still definitely in the running for a Pin Code once you book!
