Pin Bag Opinion Needed

Hey all,
I am looking at an ebay auction for a Cars pin bag it apparently retails at $44.95 according to the ebay seller but he is selling it for $9.50 in new condition with tags. He lives near orlando and has quite a few to sell so I'm not sure what to think. He also seems to have good reviews and sells all sorts of disney stuff but the price just seems off to me. The ebay user is Jericho730. Does anyone have any experience on him or any opinions? Thanks you all are the best

No experience but could be a CM who shops at cast connection on closeouts and buys stuff just to resell

It could also be from one of the outlets outside disney where disney drops the prices on things...That would be my guess where he got it from
