Pin and new promo?

I have a PIN and I was wondering if it could be combined with the new promotion offering a gift card. Hopeful thinking but just checking.

You can't "stack" discounts with Disney, meaning you can't have to promos on the same reservation. However, if you are going for longer than the 5 days needed on the GC promo, you could do a split reservation, where the first half is for the GC, and the second is a room only with your PIN discount. Then, you can use your GC to do things like upgrade the length of the 5 day ticket, pay for the balance of your room only (after check-in), pay for dining during the second portion (you can't add the dining plan to a room only ressie).

That's what I did to take advantage of both the $500 gift card and a 35% pin We are staying 9 nights so I booked the gift card and tickets for the first 5 nights and then the pin code for the last 4 nights That saved an additional $156 over the pin code for the whole trip I know we might have to move rooms but for the extra money I can certainly do that And it was a piece of cake to modify my reservation
