No, we didn't receive a PIN after saving the offer on the web site. We did, however, book our package and then receive a Pin. Reverse order of what you'd expect. I just called, gave them the code and pin number, and they applied our cod and adjusted our price. Then a month after we received the PIN, a general public code was released that happened to be a better deal. I just called again and had them adjust our bill once again. You can book at anytime and they will apply any PIN you receive or public code.
I have heard that if you order the planning DVD that it sends your name into marketing. I've heard that from hear on the boards and from more than one CM. If you haven't ordered one yet, I would order one and hopefully it will kick your name into the marketing system.
