If you are looking for new recipes to try, the recipes for this year's Pillsbury Bakeoff are on-line starting today at:

They are also having a sweepstakes to let America vote for their favorite, one lucky voter will win a trip to Orlando to watch the Bake off and possibly also win 1 million dollars.

vote for my Mother, Carolyn Veazey Shlens--Cooking for Two catagory-- the Double Strawberry Baked Alaska. She has worked very hard to get to the Bake- Off--it is one of her life's dreams and she is thrilled to be going--and she would love to win America's Favorite--her recipe is really good and easy also!
To vote you have to click next to the photo of her recipe "add to voting pool" then go into the "Voting Pool" link at the top to actually vote (and enter the sweepstakes). You do have to enter your name, address, phone, email etc. . . but that is only because you are also being entered into the sweepstakes to win the trip to the Gaylord Palms in Orlando (right near WDW!).
I would also really appreciate if you could pass her information
on to everyone that you know! The more votes she can get the closer she can be to winning America's Favorite. You can only vote one time, so no multiple votes are allowed. Her family members are also not allowed to vote, so we must rely on the kindness of friends and strangers!
