I think I will let someone else wine and try NOT to walk in and fall face first into the cake!

Anyhoo, the night of the 17th actually seemed to work best for many of us so we're taking over the Beach Club's Solarium about 9:30PM that evening. Jay and I will be supplying birthday cake (I've always wanted a reason to order a custom cake from Disney) and everyone else will be bringing their beverage of choice to share around.

Oooh, I work until 10:30 that night, but my work is like 10 min from the Beach Club! I wonder...

Take lots of pictures, so we at home can see it. You should also select a time where we all , both at Disney and at home can raise a glass and have a toast. Or we all could throw toast like in the Rocky Horror Picture show.

I love that idea! I would definatly use that as an excuse to buy myself a bottle of Rosa and have a little toast at home.

That just reminded me of the funniest story. Last year my whole family and I stayed at a beach house for a week. One night my cousin and I made dinner. We had both been drinking, a lot.

I forget a lot of what really happened, and we are both usually very efficent cooks, but let's just say alcohol, knives, and fire don't mix.

Too bad some of the rest of us don't live closer... I happen to have 3 bottles of Rosa sitting in my refrigerator for a special occasion. I think this would merit popping them open, don't you?

Glad you decided to use foodie Homer as your mascot. He's travel-friendly and will represent the gorge-fest well! I LOVE the Chest of Booze! I just wish I could see the look on the TSA guy's face when he sees that in your luggage! LOL! I am utterly bummed that I will not be attending the B-day festivities... but my lovely stand-in, Jordan, will most likely be there if she has the night off. I'll have her call me when the party starts so I can toast with you all! The cake sounds delicious!
