DD 4 is really enjoying looking at other people's cruise pictures for our upcoming trip. She especially loves it when I come across a towel animal picture. If anyone has any towel animal pics they'd be willing to post in this thread- or if such a thread already exists and someone could point me to it- we'd really appreciate it.

thanks!

Courtney

Here are a few from our Wonder cruise this past fall.

You may have seen this one on my trip reports, but I'll post it again as well as another one of the Pirate Monkey. DD had them destroyed in about 5 seconds!!

I love the animal towels as much as everyone else, but I started to think about them on this cruise since some of them were made w/ 2 towels. As mentioned above, DD had it destroyed in a matter of seconds which ended in a pile on the floor. There was also a note in our bathrooms saying that to conserve energy, if we wanted to use our towels over again, to just hang them up after showering. But I was thinking about how much manpower goes into washing these towels that were used to make the towel animals. No flames...and I don't mean to bring down this thread, but it was just something I thought about. I'd hate to see them do away w/ them. We loved seeing them even w/out a child, and now w/ DD21mos, her face just lit up everytime we walked in the room.

I can see your point but we use the towels when we are done looking at the "animal"....they don't just go into the dirty pile...they get used!
