You are correct, that was Miss Piggy's dressing room trailer at MGM in 1991.

Strictly speaking, while (most of) the subject of this photo still exists, the location it was taken from (beach by Barbados at Caribbean Beach) does not-- it's now all behind the construction walls for the new Riviera resort (and, IIRC, Disney's still working on Old Port Royale-- when's that supposed to get done?).
