What do you mean save locally? I did "SAVE AS" and only got a blank square. I think it may have had some dots in the square. Thanks Susan

Hmm I just tried saving it with no problems, I'm not sure what the problem is

Well I know what the problrm is: DON'T GIVE A COMPUTER TO OLD PEOPLE . Any way after saving the picture about 20 times I finally did it . Susan
