Pictures at Restaurants

Does anyone know if the Photopass photographer will take a picture with your camera at the restaurants that have the photo before the meal? We've bought the pkg's before but at $30 each time they add up quick. I've never asked them to take a pic with my own camera before - will they do it?

They wouldn't do it for us at Donald's Tusker House breakfast.

In my most recent visit (August 2010) we had no issues doing this. We always ask and have never been told no. We had the photographers take our picture with our camera at at 1900 Park Fare, Chef Mickey's and Tusker House.

At each restaurant we had our waiter take a pic of us. When we were at Hoop Dee Doo they had a "photopass" person take your pic before entering (with a setup that says Hoop Dee Doo Review) and this is the pic they bring around to your table for $30. This person wouldn't take one with a personal camera.
