pictures at CRT even if not eating there?

My 2 DD's and myself are eating at the Royal Table at 8:10 while my DS and DH are eating at Crystal Palace at 8:10. Do you think it is allowable or rude to see if we could come a few minutes early and see if my son and husband could get in on the pictures at the Royal Table even though they are not eating there? It just seems like a waste to not have a family picture when they are right next door. I guess another question would be how the timing will all work out with it because we are all have 8:10 ADR and we really would rather not take pictures afterwards because we want to get into the park ASAP. Thoughts? Thanks!

We did the same thing as you -- my DD and I to breakfast at the castle and then my dh and ds to crystal palace. I only had my DD in the picture -- so I didn't worry about us all being in it...

If your boys aren't real into the CP characters you could see if you could change your reservation there for like 8:15 am. You will only get one picture (since your reservation is only for 3, so you won't get say both a picture of Cinderella with the girls alone and then a family one.)
