Forgive me if this has already been asked, but I'm wondering if it's against the rules to remove masks for pictures. Thanks!
The cm will say it's not allowed, it's even announced in one of their in park messagesIt's discouraged, but I have seen people take mask-less photos near the very front of the castle. I haven't, and I don't suggest it by any means, but if you are far enough away from people, you can probably do it just fine. Ask a nearby CM before to ensure they are OK with it.
This is correctI have read (could be wrong) that if you take off your masks for pictures, even for the pictures on the rides, they will not show up in your account.
It’s a no. Also Disney has changed the mask policy yet again and now will ask you to leave the park if found violating the rules. It actually says if you cannot adhere to the rules that you should reschedule your trip for when masks are no longer mandated.Forgive me if this has already been asked, but I'm wondering if it's against the rules to remove masks for pictures. Ah, forgive me. I haven't been in a while, and have seen a concerning amount of people in front of the castle maskless. The cm will say it's not allowed, it's even announced in one of their in park messages

I have not been, but saw uploaded photos of people all over. (masks in background).Have you personally been since reopening?
Are you sure they aren’t old photos people are posting?
I was there 3 weeks ago and CMs all over people not wearing masks properly.
For a pic with castle with no masks, go to the relaxation station at Tomorrowland Terrace.
Oddly dd and I were at the parks August and October and have memory maker from our AP. We did not get a single ride picture! Many times we were the only ones on a ride and always kept our mask on so I have to wonder if they even doing pictures??I was at MK on Saturday (10/17) & these were my observations for masks & pictures.
CM's were stationed around the hub & in front of the castle reminding people to pull their masks up or put them back on when they were taking pictures. This was all day. Parents telling their kids to take them off, CMs standing right there saying sorry put your mask back on please. Actually this was all over the park. They are pretty good at disappearing in the background & people don't see them lol
The photopass people will remind you to put your mask on if you try to take your mask off I saw.
If you take it off on a ride any picture taken will be deleted. I shared a boat on Pirates with a family this must have happened to cause they asked me when we were loading to please keep my mask on so they could get the picture.
You can take your mask off to eat if you are stationary. People eating in line or while wandering around were asked to put their mask up/on.
