What's the state of the art in storage while away from home? Is ImageTank still where it's at, or are there better-priced clones available? How about iPod adapters? Anything decent there?
Just my opinion of course, but for the price of things like Image-tank and what you get, buy a cheap, small screen size laptop and have a better product, or invest in a lot of memory cards and download them when you get home.
I have the first version of this(photo safe I), purchased at a much lower price during a sale, but even at regular price it seems like a decent value.
Maybe not state of the art, but it is also not just for digital photos, it will back up any memory card and any type of data. VERY PRACTICAL.
Thanks - I'll have a look around. An unexpected clash has meant that I shall be going to a photo-rich environment for a week at the same time as the family laptop is committed elsewhere!
