Don't have any pictures, but we ate there march 11, 2009 @ 3:30, when they first started serving dinner (we had the fantasmic package). The food was hot, plentiful and good variety. There was something for everyone to choose. We enjoyed this dinner more then Chef Mickey's. I admitt I tried to change reservations several times to other fantasmic packages, but was unlucky at doing so, Hollywood & Vine receives a ton of bad reviews, and we went to dinner that night not expected much and boy we were surprised, it was delicious and when we go back we will try it again.

I had given up hopes of ever seeing the food of H&V. I realized yesterday that Fantasmic plays on the second day of our vacation in September. I doubt I'll be able to get a dinner package for it.

Is my reasoning correct that I'd be more likely to get my chosen ADR's towards the end of my trip?

I believe so - others will be able to help much more than I can, being an ADR newbie myself! I think that if you call on your 90 days out, and make the ADR for day 10 of your trip (if there's a Fantasmic showing that day!!), you're only "competing" with others arriving on the same day as you. That's what I'm planning to do - when the August dates for Fantasmic come out, as that's when we're going.!!
