Picture questions

Hello everyone! I'm going to ask the questions on here because I have e-mailed Rosie several times within the past few weeks, and no reply I am getting really frusturated about that actually, is anybody else having this problem with contacting her?

Well here are my questions, Rosie let me know in my first phone conversation that we could purchase a picture CD and album together for $750. How long after the wedding do we recieve the CD? Also, once we have the CD do we have ownership of the pictures? Is there a watermark on the prints on the CD? We have a contact who can produce an album for us, and needs to know what the condition of the pictures on the CD is. Also for the $750 what type of almbum is that?

If you could answer ANY of the questions I would be thrilled, more so my fiance! Thank you!

Buying the CD gives you the ability to print the pictures, put them in an album - whatever you want to do, but technically Disney still retains ownership of the images. It doesn't really affect you though.

I believe your photos are ready within 2 weeks of the wedding, so you should receive the disc sometime after that.

The images do not have watermarks on them.

The images on the $750 CD are considered high-resolution, so your friend should have no trouble using them in an album. However, I'm not sure how large they can be printed - ours don't seem to be as large as the images we got from our outside photographers.

The album you get is actually not part of the $750 price - that's the cost of just the CD. The album she was referring to is the standard one that is included in the Escape package: 24 images at 4x6 in a white "keepsake" album. From what I've seen each page has one image and the album is just a little bigger than 4x6.

Maybe a recent Escape bride will come along and post a pic of what she got!

I should also mention... it sounds like the included album is not really necessary for you, since your friend will be making you one. You might want to ask about the CD-only package for Escape weddings. For about $400 you get the CD and give up the 24-print album that's included with the Escape pacakge. That would save you about $350.
