Please help me learn how to post pictures.. I am getting a new bedroom suite and I want to post pictures to show it off.....Thanks

I learned from Will (thank you!) and I think this is the link. It's under "Welcome to the Dis" and how to post pics and videos.

Right click the picture, then click Properties. Copy the URL address. In your post, click the yellow square that looks like mountains. Paste the picture's URL in the space and click enter. That's it.

that's it?? Gosh, I uploaded mine to photobucket and did it from there. It took me forever to learn how to post a pic here--then by the time I wanted to post another one, I had forgotten and had to start all over again!

The directions above are for pictures already on the web.

The OP needs to upload her pics to a free Photobucket.com account she has made for herself first. The pics need to be off her PC and filed onto the web somewhere. Then she can just copy the code in between the coding and paste into a post.


If someone has Firefox instead of I.E., right mouse click on the image online and click on "Copy Image Location." Then, click the yellow square that looks like mountains. Paste the picture's URL in the space and click enter.
