Hey all, Ridemax posted a picture of the new FPs at WDW now that they are enforcing the window there. There is new language on the FP that says "Not able to accomodate(sic) late arrivals". Kind of silly that accommodate is spelled wrong.

So I think we can breathe a little easier since there have been no reports of DL having a changed FP.

I noticed the small print at the bottom right that says GP 11:40. I'll bet that means "Grace Period", which would be 15 minutes after the latest return time printed on the Fastpass.

Thanks for posting this ArchOwl. Good info. :thumbsup2

Good catch Babybears. :hippie:

I bet you're right. GP has to mean the Grace period (which gives the CM a little leeway for the "I got caught behind the parade" late arrival folks). 15 min. grace period would suggest that they're serious.

If anyone is at DL now can they look at their FPs to confirm that no such verbiage is on in?

:)

I was at DLR on Sunday and there was no enforcement wording on our FPs. We used them after the return time and nobody batted an eye. I hope DLR doesn't follow WDW's lead . . . that would put a real crimp in my park strategy!

Me too! Maybe it will be better once they've implemented the new next-gen or x-pass or whatever they're calling it, but right now it seems like a real pain. It will be interesting to see the comments start to roll in, especially with spring break coming up soon. popcorn::

We were there over the weekend and this wording was not on the FP's and we were able to use ours outside the window as well. I'm curious to see what people will report as of today tho. :)

A. This is not happening at DLR, and there is no plan for it to ever happen.

B. There is a 15 minute grace period at WDW, confirmed by many WDW FP attraction CMs.

C. Enforcement is not in effect at WDW today, rather the CMs are reminding guests that they can't come outside the window, then letting them on. A strict return window policy start date is being determined.

Is Big Thunder still connected to the system right now? Are there any other rides not connected in the same park? Has DCA ever had any rides not connected?

Last I heard BTMRR is still connected as of right now. The only other disconnect would be Roger Rabbit. In the past in DCA there was a time when GRR was disconnected, but it is connected now.

I'm pretty sure BTMRR has historically been on the system. I believe Roger Rabbit is back on the system.

The wording did not start on the WDW fast passes until today. Hopefully someone at DL today will be able to absolutely confirm there has been no wording change.

Reports on the WDW side of the boards show that people have been turned away today. I have seen a report that someone was let in at 20 minutes late at Toy Story Mania with a warning/reminder, but I have also seen reports that people who were 22 minutes late were turned away at Space Mountain, and also that people have been turned away at Expedition Everest.

There was a time during late 2011 where BTMRR was disconnected from the system. Roger Rabbit is still disconnected...

BTMRR is connected, RR is NOT connected. I can confirm that as of Saturday. GRR used to be disconnected but it is now connected.

Thanks PixieWings & MrsWH for your on the ground report. :thumbsup2

I love ol' Ski's confidence. Hope you're right.

:)
