Every picture I've seen posted for DLP is "a cold and wet day!"

Do they ever have beautiful Disney-like days?

Bet you've never seen anything like this at WDW!!! This is DLP Adventureland.

But there are beautiful days too. This is my daughter in Frontierland.

Do we have the same kid? Both my 8YO and my 11YO are all into SW suddenly. They've even dug out my old VCR set of tapes of the first three movies!

My husband asked them yesterday, "How many times have you seen this movie?"

Good grief! I love kids!

that's so funny! it's just all of a sudden. now he see's all the star wars pics on here and can't wait to get back!!!!

Those are from the Main Street Bakery in WDW (Magic Kingdom of course). I'm a bakery nut and the Main St Bakery, IMHO, blows away any other bakery on property. (As well as Disneyland's version.)

We did stop into the Boardwalk Bakery for the first time last trip, too, and I probably won't bother going out of my way to go back. It was OK - but the Main St one is really terrific, and most of their items seem to be unique to that location. I haven't found their amazing cinnamon rolls anywhere else, for example, and I don't think the turnovers anywhere else are quite as decadent! The cherry ones are even better but I posted that shot fairly recently in another thread... nummy nummy.

Thanks for the info Groucho. We will be sure to make this place a priority on our next visit. Yum Yum can't wait!!!!!

thanks dave! my son (who is 6) just now started to get into star wars and is hooked. he will just love this pic. when we were there last year, he could have cared less. my whole life is now star wars and indiana jones. both things we did not do last year. now that's all he talks about!!!!!

ITA! DLP is so near us so we can go frequently but WDW was our first Disney theme park experience and will always be our very special place. I always feel so sorry for the Princesses in the parades in their thin costumes when the weather's literally freezing!!

NOPE, never have! That is amazing! ...and glad to see that 2nd picture--finally, a pretty picture from DLP!

Called Josh right in here to look at it....then, I kept scrolling down (to see more pictures). He said, "WAIT! Go back!" I swear he sat here and studied and stared at that picture for-ever! Trying to apply all new new-found Star Wars knowledge to the picture I suppose....should be fun this year at DHS...
