My favorite snack in the parks used to be the Nestle Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich. But now that I have found these fresh, hand made ones, I'll gladly give up the frozen Nestle ones. This one is from the Sleepy Hollow eatery.

Fireworks over the Castle, Magic Kingdom by iluvwesties, on Flickr

There are so many great photographers on this thread who post such stellar pics of the fireworks, that I was hesitant to post as most of mine have the smoke after the fireworks, but this one I liked, because of the colors on the castle and the perspective of being at the back of the crowd watching the show...... :

I don't know about anybody else, but the Beast's castle just has never looked right to me. The scale has always looked off and therefore it appears to be tiny (which in reality it is). Sorry I didn't straighten the photo:
