Thank you for posting the links Jud. It looks like the second link got a bit lost in translation and I can't open it but I looked at the first and I am onboard now that it was a great parade. Love the costumes and the kudos to the performers since that must not have been easy. The puppetry reminds me a bit of the Lion King on Broadway which I was fortunate to see a few years back.

Speaking of an awesome show with puppetry mixed in....my pic for today...

When I saw this picture, I thought that it would be challenging to get an interesting shot of this tower of tires.. being that it is so tall that it cannot fit in a 'reasonable' close up shot.. Your picture is good... but I can see a challenge here.. and I'm pretty sure I am not up for it! ah well..

I was rushed on this- I was on a tour and the group had already entered, so it was a wanted but quickly grabbed shot. Given that Mermaid opens on Saturday and so I have to return (and do another vid...) I might take your challenge for a 'better' shot...

I just watched this and it seriously gave me goose bumps! I wish my son could have seen this.

I'll tell ya, when one of those giant puppets came down and shook your hand, it was something!

There was a LOT of crowd interaction in this parade- it moved slowly probably to allow for just that.

Fantastic shot KagMama! I've taken the safari ride dozens of times and have never been this lucky to get this shot.

It is the one and only time I have taken the safari ride, we were so lucky that day. A lot of the animals were active and closet to the vehicle.

As always, your shot is amazing. The blue of that sky is gorgeous!
