Originally from Thailand, he came to the USA to attend school at Texas A&M some 20+ years ago. He was welcomed into our extended family when my cousins son brought him home to spend Christmas with the family. We've grown to love and respect this young man and proudly welcome him as a fellow American!

Blizzard conditions came on quickly last night with almost no warning leaving anywhere from 2 to 8 inches of snow including snow drifts; preceded by high winds up to 53 mph which actually blew our grilling cabinet on the deck almost two feet from the railing.

But as almost always it's 50% or so melted by 5 PM this afternoon.

I'll post a couple more tomorrow.

More from our blizzard on 3/18:
The black covered grilling cart (fairly heavy) was blown from the railing behind it about 3 feet before the snow started falling.
