No DGD in this group of talented young ladies this year but they still ask for "Mimi" to take their picture! Smiled the most this evening when one of the Dora Officer's was named Homecoming Queen! During my child care years I babysat this young lady almost 3 years!

It won't be in this uniform but super excited DGD will be back on the soccer field while attending Graduate School! Club AND Florida Tech Intermural Soccer "sealed" and she'll start play soon!

Friday night football is Thursday night this week...and out of town...so I got my "weekly football fix" tonight at the JV game.

HEAVY rain and strong winds not good for fishing ... so they went bear hunting today!

"Baby DGD" surprised me tonight with a 2 hours visit after her surprise trip home this weekend. She was finally ready to take her scrapbooks home but we had to relive memories first and indulge in one of her favorite childhood treats, Cookie Cakes ! The "year of the masks"; she said the best memory of that was the fact they didn't have to "smile all the time"! "Mimi...your mouth gets tired when you have! to smile for 2 hours straight"!

DH on the way home tomorrow; a few fish but not what he'd hoped for. That aside...he sure saw some beautiful scenery!
