Long day...starting at 5 AM! The last time I was up at 5 AM we were on our way to Disney World! Today we were on the road to HPU for a soccer scrimmage; first game we've attended since last October. Knee a little swollen at the end of that hour but she was ready to go. Enjoyed meeting some new teammates and visiting with some of the old ones again. Banner year for HPU. Normal student enrollment of 1,100 total; this year their new freshman class totals close to 400! Dorms are full after some very lean Covid years. Nice to be getting back to normal!

Colorado has some of the most fascinating historic sites from the mining/gold rush days. I really want to ride my bicycle up the old roadbed to Alpine Tunnel.
