☺☺ Scores received on DGD's solo has earned her a spot in the Spring Show in April! Top 2 scores out of the 6 solos went to FRESHMAN!

DGD was having a "homesick day" and we talked about our upcoming trip to cheer her up. While on the phone, I opened our mail and ... it gets REAL when the "confirmation" arrives!

Less than ideal game conditions tonight ! Playing our "arch rivals" meant the "A Team" was needed the entire 80 minutes of play to get the hard fought 4-1 victory but DGD "entertained" us with her singing during warmups! ☺

It was COLD out there last night...but the soccer girls were "hot"!

Another cold night on the soccer field but last game until next Friday. We'll all be hibernating as our area of Texas will experience the coldest temperature in a century. These girls....and the fans in the stands....were real "troopers" tonight!

Kathy...we're competing with you for "coldest temperature"! For once, I really HOPE the weather forecast is wrong! We're 60-70 miles north of Houston and our predicted low Monday night is anywhere from 4 to 9 degrees!

Kathy...we're competing with you for "coldest temperature"! For once, I really HOPE the weather forecast is wrong! We're 60-70 miles north of Houston and our predicted low Monday night is anywhere from 4 to 9 degrees!

Yikes and you aren't used to that cold either!

We're still in the minus temps at 11 AM but it will go up to zero by late afternoon. And tomorrow will reach a high of 26 degrees.
