Second set of 224 steps we climbed last Friday at Seven Falls in Colorado Springs; these were very steep but the views at the top were worth it!

Love Seven falls...and agree, views ARE worth it!

lol...no, scary is NOT having the experience ~to remember, photograph, share....and at least it isn't like the Grand Canyon where the easy part is the beginning and the hard climb back up is when you are tired and winded and feeling your knees scream (at least mine were)

We're from a small town in South/Central Texas...a little 4A school with less than 600 high school students. My Picture of the Day is DGD's (in the red jersey) freshman volleyball team hoisting the championship trophy won over much larger, Houston area, 5 & 6A schools who were NOT expecting to loose to the girls from "where's Bellville" .... Warms Mimi's heart seeing their smiling faces after a long day of hard competition....
