Took in one of the most famous sports venues in the US over the weekend. Saratoga Race Course is an historic and storied place in horse racing. Thanks to a couple of photographer friends, I got access to some great shooting locations.

First 'Milky Way' attempt. Still struggling with settings and timings but getting there (slowly!).
This was from a B & B that we stayed in just outside Page, Utah - taken from the top of the garage where the owners have a great jacuzzi with a view of the starry skies.
I have honestly never seen so many stars - living just north of London, UK where there is so much light pollution we rarely see many stars.

You knew I was going to do some motion work at Saratoga. This was taken as one of the turf race horses trotted back to the paddock after a race.
