This photo taken handheld, at ISO 1600, and through a dirty windshield.
A little background. The local Goodyear Blimp crew teamed up with the Marines Toys for Tots for this event. With a donation of a toy or monetary donation you could drive through the blimp dock. You werent allowed to get out of the car and only could stop for a moment in front of the blimp. So I set the camera to ISO1600, aimed through the windshield took the pic.

Heres also a quick vid I took of it using my GoPro mounted on the car. It was pretty dark inside so the quality isnt the greatest but still ok .
