First you have to upload the picture. Go to www.tinypic.com then upload it. Use the one that has the "
" one. Copy it. Then go back to the DIS and click on Quick Links. Click on "Edit Signature" Paste the link of the image and then click "save signature" and you're done. 
EDIT: Yeah, you can use Photobucket, too.
