Hi, everyone! :goodvibes I was wondering if any of you have pictures of your dedicated craft room (or closet). I have a small room (supposed to be a second laundry room...who needs that??) that I want to make into a craft room. I'd love to see what you've done! Thanks!

I don't have a scrapbook room because we live in teeny tiny military housing BUT check out twopeasinabucket.com
THey have some rally cool rooms there!

I don't really have a space so this is what I have to work with. I use the dining table or the kitchen counters most of the time. This is all of my scrap stuff, my cross stitch is in a bag in the front hall closet.

Wow! I only wish I could be that organized! I'm going to get started on my space this week.

My s/b room is my Dd's old bedroom. When we refinished the attic both Dd's moved upstairs and have a huge space now. Dh built me some built in book shelves along one wall that hold all of my supplies. I also have a conference table set up along one wall with my computer stuff and other assorted junk. On the other wall is an another old dining room table set up with space for me to s/b and holds my sewing maching, cricuts and more assorted junk. I'd take a pic, but my room is such a mess.

It's messier than that now, this was taken literally seconds after I finished. But I like it, I can get to my stuff as long as the kids coats and backpacks are up off the floor. LOL All my stuff is sorted by theme, Disney, Holidays, Seasons etc. Everyone is different though, I know some that sort by color.

Oh and NatenApril, I have a 1100 sq foot house with 6 people living in it. Space is at a premium here but I was able to make it work. So even though your space is small you might be able to get something to work.

Here's my new scrap room, it's 13x10. When we moved, we were lucky enough to find a 5BR house, so I don't have to share my space with anyone. It even has a lock on the door!! :cool1: The table has 2 leaves that open up to make it the size of the entire wall and there are 8 chairs to that set so my friends come to scrap here too.

Love the "Mouse" theme, Diana! How great that you can put your computer and electronic stuff in the same room! Mine will be too small to do that, but I will have room for my sewing machine, as well as my scrapping supplies. Thanks for sharing!

You know, I thought so too. But our house was built in the 50's and it doesn't have a lot of "flow". Our daughters beds were too big so my son is currently using the breakfast nook for a bedroom:scared1:
But we are either moving back to AK or to a 4 bedroom on base so hopefully I will have some "mommyroom".;)

Yes, that whole wire storage area is actually 3 sets of Target wire cubes. I think I used a whole set just to make the paper rack.

Thanks - I will have to make a trip to surrounding targets. Mine doesn't have any :(

I'm not sure where you're looking, but they're not in the scrapbooking section, they're in the home storage department with the shoe racks and closet organizers.
