That would be Aurra Sing. She only appears briefly in the Episode I film. She has a bigger role in some of the novels.

Anyway, this thread was AMAZING to go through. I nearly died laughing at some of these...and others, I was like "...and these characters didn't get in trouble for this?"

She was a bounty hunter that was at one time a Jedi apprentice, FYI.
