We were surpised too. Last night they were setting up a little stage and band equipment under it. We asked a CM what it was for and she said it was for an after hours party being filmed for the show Extreme Home Make Over. Maybe it was there because of the show and they'll move it after?

OK, I guess the taping is why it is set up so early this year? I know that when we were there 11/14/03 nothing was up yet.

Not sure because the tree is up at Animal Kingdom too, they even had Christmas music playing out front. We were really surprised as we walked up to the entrance.
