Picnic?

I know some of the resorts will do "take away" lunches ... any good recommendations for places to get a picnic lunch or dinner from? Or quiet, romantic places to enjoy it?

I know that Trails End Buffet offers take out. The have amazing fried chicken as well as other meats, veggies etc. A picnic somewhere around fort wilderness would be really nice. We have thought of doing this but just never had the time.

sitting on the beach at FW/Poly/GF would be nice I think.

or the nice grassy areas in front of the POR mansions, overlooking the river. Beautiful and peaceful.
