Picnic Tables at Ft Wilderness?

We would like to bring the kids over to the campfire one night and maybe get something to eat beforehand. Instead of the buffet, takeout from Trails to go would work better for us. Are there picnic tables there, or anywhere accessible to the public at Ft Wilderness to eat our take out?

This was asked a few months ago on the Restaurants Forum with only one response containing experiences from years ago, so I thought I'd try asking here.

There are a few tables along the fence line near the take out at FW but not many. I think they are expecting most people to take food back to their campsite.

There are also a lot of tables down near the boat dock and tables near the play grounds. You will not have a problem finding a place for your picnic.

If you are going to the campfire, there are tables near the meadows pool that you could use.

Grab a pizza and go out on the docks to watch the Electrical Water Parade!
