I've read that it's seasonal.

Anyone know if they have it going on now (or end of August).

And is it still included in the DDP as a Counter Serve?

You can currently do grab and go sandwiches, chips, desserts and drinks at Beastly Bazaar (same sort of sandwiches that were offered with the Tier 1 picnic in 2009), but there is no indication that the pre-ordered picnic with chicken and hot or cold sides has been offered at all in 2010. Don't know how dining plan works with the grab and go but I believe you can use CS credits for it.

I've asked a few times, and the lack of response indicates you are correct.

I also can not find any trace of it on Disney's official site.

Of well... Pizzafari or Flame Tree will do.
