Picky Toddlers

Okay parents, our 2 year old is going through an incredibly picky phase right now. He has a few tried and true favorites that I can find easily on menus (chicken, turkey, etc), but I can't find grilled cheese or shrimp on many menus.

Is there grilled cheese or shrimp on kids menu anywhere that I'm missing? We will be doing mostly CS and are staying at AKV (studio)

If you mean fried shrimp, Columbia Harbor house has them on the adult menu. You could share.

Liberty Inn at American Pavillion in EP also has them on the adult menu.

Grilled cheese seems to be non-existent.

BOG (QS for lunch) has a kids' grilled cheese with turkey noodle soup.

San Angel has cheese quesadillas. I am remembering little by little which locations are better for picky toddlers. My son was the same at that age. Grilled cheese, chicken, mac n cheese were pretty much all he would eat. He had his first cheese quesadilla at San Angel, as a matter of fact. We told him it was Mexican grilled cheese.

He is now almost 17 and eats pretty much everything-makes life so much easier-Lol.

For quick service, Be Our Guest (MK) has grilled cheese and grilled shrimp, Columbia Harbor House (MK) has fried shrimp, Cookes of Dublin (DS) has fried shrimp, Earl of Sandwich (DS) has grilled cheese.

Also, if your child would eat grilled cheese on a bun, any CS serving burgers will let you order a bun with cheese, plain or grilled. I did this several times years ago when vegetarian options were more scarce at the parks. If they have regular bread and cheese, they can probably make a regular grilled cheese even if it's not on the menu.

For table service, all of the following have grilled cheese: The Plaza(MK), Splitsville (DS), House of Blues (DS), Le Cellier (EP), Rainforest Cafe (AK/DS), Beaches and Cream, Hollywood Brown Derby (HS), Tony's Town Square (MK), Whispering Canyon Cafe (WL). There are probably a few TS that I missed.
